T Shirt Cricut Project

Once again I am having fun with my Cricut Expression.

This time, I am busy preparing a tiny little shirt for my soon to be one year old nephew. This is my first experience with “iron on fabric” on my Cricut Expression. I have one of the Disney’s cartridge that I used for this special project. It came out just perfect. I used red material for Mickey’s pants on a blue shirt and I have succeeded pretty well.

Now all I need is to deliver my shirt. Thanks to my Cricut Expression machine, my gift will have a little something special that will make me smile every time my nephew wears it.

Liette, was this a pretty easy project to complete? How long did it take you?

Do you have any pictures you can share with us?

I have been sewing for years, so making the T-shirt was old hat for me. That part took about 1 hour. Then I got out my Cricut machine and did the iron on appliques. I spent about an hour and a half picking out and cutting the shapes. The ironing has always been the thing I like the least and it took about 30 minutes with a hot iron. I sent 3 hours total time and lots of love in the gift box to my nephew. Thanks for the question Tammy.
